Companies environment and culture is very good with good opportunities for skill development and learning new skills. Safety and security for individuals is very good. Hybrid facilities are still being continued. Working hours are flexible with little pressure depending on project

For beginners finding a project is very difficult and even if you find one you can’t stay due to many reasons. HR has a very little approach with the associates. Even if you worked your best in a project appraisal is equal as everyone. Growth very less in the company

If you are a fresher and want to join tech mahindra, here are a few things you should know. - They say you will have 3 months of domain specific training but they only train you for 15 days. - They do not care what you know. They will assign you to a domain you are most unfamiliar with. - You will have no access after those 15 daysto training content and training labs. - You will be put on bench for atleast 18 months. Go to office, scan your tag and then just do timepass. - Project opportunities will come but they won't take you if you have no experience. Ironic. - When on bench your manager changes for every few months for no reason at all. - You might think you can WFH if you are on bench. You can, but they deduct some of your salary. - You will see your juniors join and experience the same things as you. Even though they have no projects they keep recruiting....Read More
