Worse company culture, lots of politics, lesser project opportunities and boot-licking atmosphere here. Will never recommend to anyone to join TechM

It's difficult you list down LIKE/LIKES about the company as I could not find any so far.

Dislikes

1. Only join if you do not have a job in hand 2. Higher management people wants to RULE in the name of GOVERNANCE and development of the team 3. They make their own cartel by bringing their own people from previous companies so that you cannot escalate the things to the higher management. 4. They are ruining the market by quoting less bids to get the projects 5. Company aim is to simply get the projects without doing proper research and analysis about the project in terms of required resources. 6. Getting projects at the lower rate and overloading staff, making them work for 12 hours without paying anything extra. 7. No additional perks. 8. I will be very frank..The work life balance might differ according to project. For me, Work was never an issue within the project. Its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per client requirement. that's what every company wants from you. A perfect CSAT and a supporting manager is an addon. Not every project has this benefit but my manager is very cool he only bothers about if I have delivered the work or not. If not, he will extend his support. Manager cares about the employee and in my past 3 years at TechM, My manager never called me on weekends or forced me to work on weekends. Instead he will say, why you are working on weekend, Do it on weekdays. I am lucky to have manager like him....Read More

Manager is also loaded with work, so bit difficult to take out his time for resource's concern. Rest all really good. One more thing, Office location should be close and should be allocated as per resource's travel feasibility.
