I love tech Mahindra because they provide good facilities food, transport and they have many time of facilities.

I gave my 3 years but in my last process (Vodafone qatar) I am fed up because of management and their rules and way of talk specially our manager. (Unka dhamki dena, ki ese nhi krega to ye kr dunga wo kr dunga, apne hisab se kaam niklwa lena, or sabse bada isse bt krega isse nhi iske saath baithna hai iske pass nhi, meri aankhon ke saamne rakhunga ek bachha ko tere pass nhi aane dunga sabko isse dur rakhna hai matlab jaise mai koi apradhi hu. I will never work this type of process, maine kabhi face nhi Kiya esa issue even I was working in Paytm, jiomart. Lekin is process me bhut ganda management hai because of manager agar unki marzi hogi toh sb thk warna unki dhamkiyan chlti hai. My process is Flipkart paylater in that process TL don't no the process how to work they know only one thing shrinkage. No one support for any issue and my TL was Sumit jhonson he told me that " tumhara sharer bada ho rha hai dimag ni hora" "tum logo ko bhadkate ho" etc. he mental harassed me for that only one reason i left the job. I worked in flipkart fintech process now I would like to inform you that whoever senior management is working in fintech they all are lawyers fraud.
