Training for 12 days, i am working in sales, cap 42 thousands, amazing experience ,shifts are comfortable traveling is convenient and drop facilities too, there is salary around 25-30k as per market standards, than pms amount from 0-7000 plus incentives 42000, i pretty much get around 45k - 65k inclusive everything every month incentives and pms are given on 15th of the month ,fixed sat sun off sometimes on Saturday which you can take a off on the weekdays, interesting process related to phones and devices sl you will never be bored every now and then Mobile phones are getting launched , people from apple, Samsung,sony,huawei,xiaomi, they come and explain their products and well give you goodies good ones seriously ,and work culture is great , its been more than a year , you will never come to know when you shift haa ended in initial days ,now as its sales the commission plan sucks sometimes as their are too many qualifiers like net promoter score where if the customer is rating the company 0 and 10 to you for your quality on the call they will penalize you for that and even if you are on 42k they will give you nothing so be careful with that and it always changes the plan never been easy since i joined so many policies action plan on everything , but HR and your leaders ,tom well support you and well not let you go easily if uh have a good behaviour and work from heart and responsibly and performing atleast the goal every month or 90% of it with the balance of other parameters which are insurance with the phone no of sales , conversion if they have asked you to dial inbound where no of sales are divided into no. Of calls and the percentage is your conversion , and its not easy because you will be calling three customers only and you will take 300 calls everyday approx from them 200 or more will be answering machine and not interested some are wrong number, dont call , call later , and you might get 3-4 call backs of potential customers and a chance to get one sale...Read More
