No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr .. He haras people who he don't want his team, where one of my friend got so frusted and he was upto doing sucide. Tech mahindra should check about him.. Learning is good. Technically you will gain good knowledge.

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.
