There is not having any politics and the management was very good by solving our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is little bslow there is no Bing before joining. Training was given in a cool manner .

No hike even after completing 2 years of journey, additional incentives were removed throughout the process, high pressure. We can't stay more then 6months.

The work culture spacially some TL, MANAGER and thier decisions really demotivate people a lot.. Office politics is very high.. they dont even try to understand someones issue ... they are very rude they are unable to see ur efforts only they can see when u using phones , when u take brack and the time .. Apraisal is something whichcan motivate u to work and in very company they issued apraisal from the associat lavel but in techm they only supervisor have that benefits ... This company is worst ... if u die in fron of them they will say ok die but before that complete ur work ......Read More

Work policy: I used to travel 6hrs to reach home to office and office to home but they did not allow me for wfh but others people who relocate thier location they took rent room near TL allowd them for wfh unfair

The whole thing depends upon your TLs and SMEs. The way they will support you at your initial steps matters a lot. Once after completing OJT when you heat the floor there will be targets and parameters which you have to fulfill to secure your job honestly which every company does. Career growth is too slow.salary hike in promotion is not that attractive. And most importantly the salary is not for those who wants to be independent and happy with a single source of income.
