Work culture enviroment.Nice place to work management is also good. Transport facilities are also available for the long distance. IJPs are there so that employee can easily applied and go through internal job posting as per their interest and skills. I suggest you to everyone work in Techmahindra once in a life.

During the most difficult phase when covid hit the world many companies chose to lay off employees, but that was the time when TechM proved what job security means. It preferred to keep employees but instead cancel hikes that year, which I consider is far better than firing you. The work life balance is ensured by allowing employeesto still work from home and there is flexibility in work timings, provided you complete the work within allocated time frame. Perks and rewards: One cannot expect lot of perks and rewards. Lack of appreciation at times makes most of us feel less motivated to learn and take up new challenges by up-skilling, re-skilling and cross-skilling. Annual appraisals are very less compared to other IT giants in the market.

One of the worst places to work. "0" perks and benefits. All you get is salary. No incentives. Single weekoff .. no transport facility.. salary internal posting is worst. Youll get just 0.5k to 1k if promoted..

About transport facilities because pick up point is too far from our home and even after taking cab we have to take another transport to reach home its taking time and extra money too.
