Join here only if you want to stay on bench for a year and expect termination. Believe me, you will never get any projects. If you have some luck left, you will be allocated to ENS projects (neither growth nor job security). Forget of working in software projects. All the best..

Much of the decision makers are stuck in dinosaur era of IT. Fancy names for program doesn’t give return of investment for things they think as innovation. Attrition will never be solved as long as college graduate ELTs given higher package than experienced long term employees.
