Tm is providing all the amenities to the employee.The company ambience is so good. Training period is the honey moon period.

Dislikes

There is no job security. We will get incentive but it will be deducted in the name of ncns,unapproved leave.leave policy us so bad.team leaders are not very good in leading the team.Lot of politics. Management can be improve some more better orelse no one cant work stable.
