The work that is done is very bad. No proper processes followed in software development. You are given a designation but the work given is completely different. Infact you start losing your focus and expertise due to the fact that you never are given the work that you are good at.

BIG NO , NO SUPPORT The main issue is that Management cant do anything until CP is not approving the things , its like we are still working for British , in COVID 19 lockdown they immediately cut down salary by 25% which is huge set back for employees and workload increased even it work from home they ask to work more or go home

All interfaces (timesheet, it service etc) provided by company are not up to the mark.

There is no proper process in project. No documentation, no confluence, you have to hunt for a person who know about the project, if he is free he will explain you other like office-office serial you have to keep follow with him.
