1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. If you want to join Tech Mahindra by any chance, I would say think about it atleast 10 times. Their work culture will damaged your work life balance. Full of politics and toxic environment, there are very short term projects you will be always worried about your next project and project extension. Office Politics is full and everyone will try to pulling back.

I don't like anything from Tech Mahindra because of my TL Haraprasad Sahu's bad behavior and i did complain to higher authority but nobody took it serious at Tech Mahindra, DlF2, New town, Kolkata

Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The moment i realized i decided to leave and abandon the services & i paid for my notice period as it was so so biased and toxic . The work environment is very good and collaborative and their team members and seniors and colleagues are very helpfull and supportive . Overall tech Mahindra gave me the better opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.

Tech Mahindra is absolutely fine but the process I was working with, that management & the supervisors are extremely worst except 1/2, they treat employees as they are slave, I'm pretty sure most of the employees are dealing with mental pressure for sure, that NH Narayana Health process is running the reputation of TechM, ex employees are writting negative reviews about the process in Google reviews but no one is taking any action....Read More

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

Appraisals are the worst as most people will get 4% hike. People who work beyond will get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.

Most of the companies gives reimbursement for transport but this company is special, it charges their employees for availing cab/company transport. 6. List is too long.............
