Over all TechM as an organization has a very strong and good culture, being one of the IT Giant. Organization has a Josh Team which keeps employees always cheered up and motivated by organizing different social and cultural activities. But... if you are busy bee of work loaded project, then its not for you. If you are hired at a good package, be happy with it atleast for few years as increment will be there but you will have to wait. Promotions again depends on your current project and manager, if you are part of big project you may get something early, else wait n watch. Transportation costs are very high for IT employees, however for BPO employees same is less. (Unequal approach). Big communication gap between senior management and lower groups as rare meetings in a year. Even for IJP's you will have to wait for 90 Days to serve notice period. Even though no official announcement made for WFO, manag ers would force to WFO instead WFH. If you resign, managers/seniors will not not even bother to check why you have resigned and your support will be minimized even if you are the best performer till last day. Internal/External Trainings which involves your daily tasks should be given without asking to enhance individual/team performance/skill. But the requests will be ignored if there is very low cost approval involved. Last but not the least need to make modification to few furniture and fixtures as it has become too old and outdated, compared to any similar IT company it would be too old fashioned....Read More

Work policy: If you work in night shifts or on weekends, you will get relief to WFH coz cafetaria is not fully functional.
