Management. Tech mahindra has worst management. And it is the worst i have ever seen. No common sense for managers even though they are manager and associate in old company and leave old company and meet in new company still they continue to sabotage and make hell with the employers life. Managers will only support to the people whom they butter them and remaining all are worst in their eyes.

This is the place where i learned to face two sided people. This is the place where i learned buttering your superiors is important even if you don't have the eligibility for ijp and don't have a degree still you are tls and smes ther than hardworking.
