Learning is good. Technically you will gain good knowledge.

Dislikes

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.

People are friendly. Environment it good. Until u have good manager. U can make good friends. U get paid for shifts.

I got terminated for no reason. My manager she was a worst person I have ever seen. My life is ruined now. I'm not blaming the company but people

No appraisal in last 2 year. And also not fixed when they will do it. And anyhow they do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

Work Culture with Indian Client is worse, No empathy for the Employee whether they are stressed, Depression and whatsoever conditions they are in, they just want work, I tried resigning from the company still they are not ready to leave me, dispute I have completed all the work

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. Middle management, pls and outdated. Full of politics. No transparency for promotion. Managers will just try to fool. They don't want u to grow. Insecure . No job security. IT projects are going because non technical managers highlight g themself for credit . Samart talented are not recognised and not promoted.

My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr .. Lack of Equality - Not in between genders but in between employee. Some are working hard and some are getting extra privilege without any hard work. Taking salary equally but not working equally. Supervisor are also not taking any action against those people even they are not looking into it. They are just sitting and chatting. Lack of Professionalism- Person who is genuinely working, they are facing arrogant and rude behavior. Some people are getting special treatments. For eg. Employee who has not taken long leave like 7-8 days from the day they joined, in case of emergency like sever health issue such employees are getting any leave but supervisor's favorite employees are getting leave more than 10-14 days reason behind taking leave it just to visit basically holiday. I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors. There are many thing but I don't think tech Mahindra can bring improvement in this kind of situation. Even HR is also not looking into it even after complaining about the same issue again and again.
