I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. 1) I joined as a fresher and got trained on Java FSD and performed great at the final assessments. Despite all the hard work and dedication for learning and growth they moved me to a support(tickets resolving) role. 2) Even after completing 2 years of experience, not a single one of the candidates who joined with me got any appraisals and people who joined few months later got promoted without even competition of 1 or 2 years. Don't what's wrong with the management. 3) Junior resources/ freshers don't get much values and Opportunities as almost all of the positions required 5+ years experience. A lot of drama and toxicity at workplace. Favouritism at its peak. Being working at client location , HR visits are only for giving out warning letters. No HR cares about its employees. Complaints from the employees are not taken seriously and are ignored. Employees working for last 10 years are getting only one percent hike while they are on boarding new people with double two triple salary. A good company to work with if you want to ruin your mental health....Read More

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.
