If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. 1) I joined as a fresher and got trained on Java FSD and performed great at the final assessments. Despite all the hard work and dedication for learning and growth they moved me to a support(tickets resolving) role. 2) Even after completing 2 years of experience, not a single one of the candidates who joined with me got any appraisals and people who joined few months later got promoted without even competition of 1 or 2 years. Don't what's wrong with the management. 3) Junior resources/ freshers don't get much values and Opportunities as almost all of the positions required 5+ years experience. There is no job guarantee for employees with out prior intimation they are laying of for employees it’s not good actually and also they are not at all giving to serve notice period also. Immediately they are sending out from the company. As am the married person how can i servive in society tell me i suffered like anything.

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days.

No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.

Policies are worst. There is no job security for VBA Developer. HR team is useless. Bench policy is meaning less. Wash rooms are not working properly. There is no central bench. Projects are scraps and there is no proper KT and SPOC.

There are some toxic people who does office politics and some managers who know only 10% about the project but handles multiple projects at a time. These managers take out their frustration on the employees giving them unnecessary deadline and pokes them throughout the day at work or even on holidays
