Internal politics, favouritism Work culture is very bad, high work pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr .. He haras people who he don't want his team, where one of my friend got so frusted and he was upto doing sucide. Tech mahindra should check about him..
