Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!

Worst management in my project. My manager is highly disrespectful & involves in personal life of people. Tech Mahindra don't have sick leaves.

There is nothing called culture in this organization. Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city. I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

Worked as a cse for Flipkart process ,work from home , they recruit for 6month but after 3 month lay off this process and out from this company ,so pathetic for lots of employees but tech Mahindra don't care about that .

Appraisal.. All tech mites know this problem where the company never gives the appraisal on time. Also the arrears amount was not provided for last FY Leaves... As per our project, If a individual takes a emergency leave or doesn't show up to work. He will lose his incentives, has to apply a leave, and need to cover the login hours.
