My team members...all of them had being excellent. Enjoyed working with them. They have being eager to do things better, set processes and build a team to break any challenges thrown to them. however company policies and type of projects does not allow this to happen.

Terrible place to work at - Freshers paradise - experienced nightmare - with very high ratio of ITPians joining in skill development is pathetic. For freshers who do not know or understand anything - its a best place to work at. If they are interested they can learn a lot - if they are not they can enjoy the activities done under "employee engagement"

Always expected to deliver the difficult and rubbish projects - once done, disapprove the hardwork with some shitty reasons and rate me low in appraisals. No opportunity offered to better.... its a place where ONLY CRYING baby will get milk. simple.

don't know when people will lose job if you don't have a godfather or you cant manage your boss in general. innovation is more of sales jargon and not reality, people who work will keep working and feeding the others who take credit for others work will be appraised better and better opportunities. too political so anyone who starts here will learn all that.
