Not much, it all depends on the project you get. If you are familiar with anyone from higher management, you will get the project or else you are on your own.

I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

Work culture has to improve a lot especially in IES circle. If I talk about job security, it’s absolutely scary. After working 12 years 13 years or more than that associates has been fired. It’s so hard to digest. Again this also because of bad management..

Very very cheap politics and too much bossism.. culture has be changed.. it was not like this earlier.. at one side people work day and night and other side some cheap people who is like “typical chela” to ODC head. Because of one or two person at least more than 50 % managers quit from same ODC.

Work Details

First 10 it was great and beautiful atmosphere and after 2016 it’s become horrible. Each and every associate wanted to quit. Which was not good for company. We have also complained to HR but of no use. I know even this feedback is of no use.
