I worked as a mainframe developer in Nissan north America project chennai managers are worst ppl there 1st of all after training also they tortured us with somany case studies everyday for few months i was hardly sleeping for 5 hrs a day then after entering into project i had to work with completely different technology which I was not trained and noone helped us we had to work in shifts but they dont give shift allowance with that initial 18k salary i could not afford food in cafeteria also my health got spoiled finally for release also i had to clear 3 case studies after that i took release from that project and joined in new team it was horrible managers there speak in tamil where non tamil speakers couldn't even understand i would give 0 rating for that project...Read More

You will easily get selected. But it's the worst thing to ever happen

No hikes. No growth. No career development. Just for timepass you can do. The rules they follow are worstThat much cost cutting they are doing. The only concentration they do is on cost cutting. And nothing else. Somebody placed a camera and took video in girls washroom. When one girl saw the phone camera with hand and complained. They neglected and shushed the issue. When we all girls together asked they just answered that reputation will go. So asked to keep silent on the issue. And the girl who saw the camera phone with hand must be only thinking and it dint really happen itseems. They kept grudge on who all took initiative in talking and taking this issue to higher level and complain in she team. They make sure to get rid of them in some other ways. Such a disgusting. We don't have tissues in washroom saying cost cuttingWe don't have proper basic facilities in the office premises.
