Worked as a cse for Flipkart process ,work from home , they recruit for 6month but after 3 month lay off this process and out from this company ,so pathetic for lots of employees but tech Mahindra don't care about that .

Office and work culture is worst , those who are in a higher level post they just try to take advantage of people , appraisals aren't good here . Pathetic experience.they give good salary in other tech Mahindra location but in odisha they just dont want to pay people .

Appraisal.. All tech mites know this problem where the company never gives the appraisal on time. Also the arrears amount was not provided for last FY Leaves... As per our project, If a individual takes a emergency leave or doesn't show up to work. He will lose his incentives, has to apply a leave, and need to cover the login hours.
