Tech Mahindra is nothing but just a name. There is no job security I have seen people terminated just because they are not so nice in the superior's eyes. HR considers themselves as GOD. Poor hygiene and the worst state of cafeterias and washrooms. Employees find cockroaches in food and complain to the seniors or to the HR and HR laughs at it. extremely ridiculous. Ye thats true i learnt so much while working at in tech Mahindra But the work culture is not good if your are not well enough to work that day or not feeling well but you to work because they need their login should be completed at any cost after working 9 hours you have to join meeting with TL or manager and also you don't know when it will end they always use this kind of words like i am giving you salary means what i get that salary after working giving my time they always treat you like shit every time They can insult you in group or metting they use words like tumko English nhi aata hai tumko to salary nhi Mila chahiye Mai Puri koshish Karu gaa tumko experience latter naa mile Pata nahi kha se aay jatte hai kaam karne ke liye And etc Also till now i didn't get experience latter and last month salary after Mailing several times to HR tl and manager will not receive your calls now because you have left the company ..............Read More
