Overall the management, people, environment is great but the policies of 3UK should be better ... Management helps alot and if the targets are not met they help you to achieve them but the shift timings on the operation floor changes every or alternative weeks.... And as I was an customer advisor for 3UK company's process the network of that company was terrible.....TechMahindra is a good company but the company there are outsourcing process for is not that great.... Training and nesting period was the best part of work life because the shift timings were same.The floor life gets harder as the customers are not happy about the services which they get and the team gets changed frequently ( In 6 months I was in 4 diff
