In fact you should drop this criteria in your rating scale :) Work culture is pretty good , Projects depending your skill sets are decent to good. Annual Hike is like getting peanuts literally, whatever hike you get is consumed in Taxes and you get nothing much in terms of hike. Mostly IBU Heads are from South and prefer talents locally. Selective Leader in Higher Management are good but others are not considerate. Respect to Employees is not on priority. Billability is what they prefer.
