Salary is always delayed, causing unnecessary financial stress. Work life balance is extremely poor with constant unpaid overtime. Night shift employees including women are denied basic facilities like cab services. No employee benefit policies like PF, health insurance, etc., when asked by employees for these facilities senior management says you can take it from market as company cannot provide any such facility at this point. Senior Management team lacks professionalism and vision.
