Manager, team leader, and teammates are nice people, work environment is nice, job security is not strong, pay level is good for internal employees, but average for externals such as supplied employees, there is career growth opportunity for internal employees, however, experience is considered for external employees, reasonable training is provided, and team leader is well caring, as a very big institution work is very much classified and an employees holds a small fraction of the whole function. Dislikes

The bank doesnot accept a supplied employee continue more than a year. For internal employees, they are also in the gunpoint of getting fired. The bank is too hard working for branch personnel.

1. Converting clients interested in manual operations of their accounts from online, 2. Handling returned mails, 3. Providing information to government agencies at their request and approval of bank management, and 4. filing management project

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
