TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

The managers and employees attitude. One such manager Mohit Pandey in TCS iON delivery team dont know the team and people management and hence give work to silent and sincere employees and other employees who resist to do work by giving any reasons like the are not understanding the process and take frequent leaves, enjoy to get salary juat for attending the office and roaming. Even after 6 months of trainings, these employyes need hand holding and spoon fiding, which the managers tell sincere employees to do, along with their overloaded tasks. I am not sure about TCS culture but Culture cultivated by my GL in Frontier project Mr. ABHISHEK DIKSHIT is the worst. I never saw such humiliation, Harrasment,Hooliganism,exploitation and illiteracy in any other organisations. Regret joining a BPS after having lovely corporate experience.

After I select to tcs I stop attend other focus on tcs after received offer letter I been waiting to join to so long like 5 month after bps training period through online during flood time after conduct test I score 17 out 25 they told to put resign mail now I suck in my career

Lots of things.. Company is just growing only because of brand. No employee value, politics which has no limits, no promotions, salary increment is horrible, Toxic Work Environment: The overall atmosphere felt highly toxic. There was a consistent sense of negativity, with too much focus on internal politics and favoritism. The morale among employees was low, and it was evident that many people were struggling due to a lack of support and understanding from leadership.The company’s leadership appeared more focused on protecting its external image than addressing the internal challenges. It often felt like we were merely actors in a carefully scripted play, where the real issues were ignored, and everything was done to maintain a facade of success.The work environment was incredibly toxic, largely due to certain individuals whose behavior was allowed to persist by management.
