How should I pass this Guilty phase

I'm here for advice even though I'm joining a new company with 2.9 YOE and my package was 7.5 fixed plus 1 lakh joining bonus and some of my friends with similar track were having around 3.2 - 3.5 YOE were getting paid around 9-11 Lpa with all these words and all I'm getting too low that I made a wrong descision for a switch for less package even though the company I'm joining is good for growth. I don't know why it's all in my head which is making me a little insecure with my own friends.. And I'm thinking I'll switch this current one in one year so that I can increase my package because I have more experience in attending interviews in 2024. The only thing is I'm having less real-time experience and more theoretical knowledge so will it affect so much in the new company as I want to put more effort. Please help me with the suggestions

Listen, It’s completely normal to feel this way but remember, growth isn't just about money...experience and learning matter too! You’re on the right path.

I’ve been in a similar situation, and honestly, it’s all about long-term growth. The right company can open doors to better opportunities late.

If you put in the effort to gain real-time experience, your theoretical knowledge will shine through! 🔥 Are you planning any certifications or projects?

A little FOMO is okay, but remember, a higher LPA isn’t everything. Think of this as your stepping stone to greatness.

I'd suggest you to choose only the job which is good for your personal growth and skill upgrade. Money will come eventually if you have the right skill set. Don't just compare packages and run after money blindly (Saying this from personal experience) 🥲

It's ok, it happens at time, but as u say, you have a lot to learn in this one, may be spend 2 years, grab wat you can and the start looking out. Changing firms within an year will not reflect good on your resume

Everyone is on their own path no 2 people will get exactly the same, today you are earning less but you never know what the future holds , buckle down and focus on yourself and your growth, if you keep comparing that's all you will be doing and its never fruitful .
