Appraisal not good.. they give drop facility but while allocating cabs there is a struggle (no proper management).. need to work on canteen I mean food isn't free so atleast provide good food :)

Salary increment is not gonna happen anytime soon. Promotions are just a dream. Some people who did not get train from 1970s are managers so that they don't understand your culture or problems. They think sitting in office after office hours are the people who work. Entertainments are allergic to TCS campuses.

If you feel comfortable with this things then you will feel like heaven.
