Salary increment, appraisal and promotion are the worst part of my experience or it might be depend team to team or your project, department and RM also. Also some people or support staff of HR department is not much active for quick support or assistance that I saw a common challenge with many employees

Then provide there own training and other benifits but including a draw back you have to sign a bond for one year or 2 year that's not a good thing no one should have rights to stop anyone growth.

HR not able to fullfill the benifits and there own promises after joining even after joining they behaved like they don't know who are you and very partial behaviour between new employees and old employees.

Well I was not with the decent team. Seniors on the teams were doing dirty politics. We were being compared to our team members only on the group call which was very disappointing and demotivating.

I had been working on HCL since December 2022. This is the worst organisation I have worked with. The management was very rude and abusive. There is no job security as they just find the way to fire the employees. I was terminated and the reason was I refused to relocate in Chennai. I will email to higher management including Shiv Nadar and all higher management soon so that they are all get in trouble like I was. Never join HCL in your life. I was happy when I joined this company. However, I didn't know that the management and culture was so terrible there....Read More
