1. Very risky to work. No job security at all. Company can fire anyone anytime forcefully even the employee shows improvement. I was managing Bank Bazaar process as operation manager since last 1 year. November and December 2022 were very bad in terms of attrition, shrinkage, performance. But I showed continuous improvement from January to April 2023 in terms of every KPI (Attrition, shrinkage, bailable hours, quality score, revenue) but still I was forced to resign. I am now jobless and facing lot of challenges in finding a new job. I am financially affected in extreme level. If something goes wrong in my family then Tatwa management will be solely responsible for it. 2. Pay package is very low in terms of designation and work load 3. Leave policy is extremely poor. There is no paid leave for agent level 4. Company does not provide any appointment letter to any employee in all level. Work environment is good if cordinate with the team leader

Hr management and floor management is very bad, Manager behaviour is very rude, partiality done in the floor team leader petent to be good but she do partially. Hr management is very lazy, when I leave the after 2 months they have provided the offer letter that also after so much request.

No Job security, careless HR on giving reasons. They have their own hype about their directors and other superiors. Tatwa will tell their agents to manage to basic requirements like washroom or pantry. Pathetic working condition. No proper working AC, No toilet paper in washroom. Lack of basic hygiene. Unwanted strict timings. Many of the colleagues were working on Managerial designations but zero Hike in salary but loads of work. No client company relation they will do anything that clients are expecting rather than putting their point on the table for discussion. Do not expect anything if u join. There is nothing to like about tht company. They target the needy ones who want to live in this city with their job and provoke mentally for the sallary.the worst experience in Guwahati. They can't give u sallary they can give u mentel stress as well as physical too
