1. Very risky to work. No job security at all. Company can fire anyone anytime forcefully even the employee shows improvement. I was managing Bank Bazaar process as operation manager since last 1 year. November and December 2022 were very bad in terms of attrition, shrinkage, performance. But I showed continuous improvement from January to April 2023 in terms of every KPI (Attrition, shrinkage, bailable hours, quality score, revenue) but still I was forced to resign. I am now jobless and facing lot of challenges in finding a new job. I am financially affected in extreme level.
