I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Im working in Bankbaazar process (tatwa tech. BBSR). The work experience is totally stressful, atmosphere is horrible still I'm complete my one and half month of work without getting a leave and at the salary time they did not give my salary. I have to give my study fees ans house rent and they told me that your salary will given you after 2month of job. I am crying but nobody listing me. The HR, manager etc all are nonsense and cheater.
