Bogus product, The product is not upto the mark and company expects to retain the target clients forever and ever without improving the product. That's the major reason that I left this company. Also, the increment is not upto the mark, I was consecutively top performer but then too my increment was 7% with that only2k was increased. Also incentive structure sucks, the management and the national head changes the incentive structure as per their convenience and once they changed it before releasing the incentive and deducted the incentive and said as per new criteria now your incentive is less than what you made. upper staff sitting in the head office (Head HR and the Admin) thinks they're God's and don't respect the on field guys, Never receives the calls nor replies on mails.
