Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.

No job security they hire you make you sit on bench for 3 months and then release you saying we don’t find any suitable project for you No support or guidance form seniors they all are all 20-25 years old in company so don’t bother for juniors

So much politics in this company. In project people like only local guys who can speak in their local language like if you are working in Pune the prefer Marathi speaking people. Can't expect you can get work in which you did your graduation/ you have expertise. your work will be like which can be done by any people not necessarily mechanical graduate etc. Apprisal will not be given every year.

Tata provide us opportunities for skill development which is great thing.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor in Tata as we never assume that when we can get a call from manager to work during weekends with no time limit.

Almost everything was bad, old technologies, mismanagement, no hikes, no growth in terms of skill, and work-life balance was too bad, 15-16 hours daily with no weekends & festivals holidays.
