Just job security nothing else that is also if you are allocated to any account otherwise bench policy is worst , company is overhiring sometime for the ongoing projects and after completion putting on bench and fire if you didn’t got project in 90 days.

Work culture is worst when it comes to work life balance , if you are allocated to tml account then only god can save you. TTL managers are mostly non technical and they are setting unrealistic deadlines as they don’t aware about technical timelines and it is not limited to development same goes to testing ,Document preparation as well. Still working on older technologies of baba aadam’s era. Technical architects here are for name sake . Attrition rate is increasing day by day as no one wants to stay here. Don’t ever join, if you coming from IT companies think 1000 times before joining..it will literally kill your existing skills and nothing new you will learn here....Read More
