* Flexible timing if you are mapped with out of India Worley offices like Dubai , Abu Dhabi etc.. * Got Good package while company other Top MNC's like Saipem, McDermott, Technip, Wood etc. based on current CTC u can expect upto 30% hike and Max of Experience x 2 times Lpa. * Friendly atmosphere inside office * You can expect joining bonus, Insurance(2xCTC), Work from home etcs.

Dislikes

No proper Team setup is done internally at Chennai office as all employees are mapped with different location Worley office and in different projects.

Great company for people looking for work life balance, stable job without much hassle. However, if you wish to grow looking for job satisfaction and improve your skill, look elsewhere. Career growth is very slow.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are slow. You might have to move around(Change of base location), shifting roles from buyer to expeditor based on project availablity. Once you are allocated a project, even if you wish to change in between it is not possible.

Good for new comer and trainee who can enjoy the ambiance and training program and get prepare for their future plans.

Dislikes

All project are work share no direct projects. Management very much interest in man-hour business with very little interest for project technicality. Decision making skills shall not be develop as its like back office.

Company is good but Pakistani management monopoly working in company thus the company output is on downtrent.

Dislikes

Worley employees are sideline and Jacobs management monoploy is working in company. Worley image, name and fame is on downtrent due to Pakistani management sitting on top honorable position and good for nothing.
