Nothing really apart Tata Brand.

Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

The whole leadership team is a big disappointment. Office politics, favouritism and department wise inconsistent WFH policies are biggest USP here. Warning: Kindly dont get hired here coz of Tata brand and soft but manipulative skills of HR Head here. He is the biggest fraud. Both HR head and CFO will be after employees who are not lickers and pander them.
