You get to travel a lot. And if you are at some level, you can enjoy Taj stays.
Very demotivating place to work. No one cares on how people are growing, what re the challenges they are facing. Even the HR department has no control on what's going on. In last 3 years, inha e seen teams working on atleast 4 to 10 weekend days in a month. And if you are not working, you are asked to move out ( sugar-coated - don't come to office from Monday). If HR wants to have some meetings, this will come to them from multiple people. The product has no vision , the releases are all screwed up , as there is no prioritisation, no planning. Even minor release are delayed by 2 to 3 months. And after delays, they are just thrown to users. With high number of defects put under the carpet. Job security due to Tata brand. Nothing more positive about this. Most of the people are just for Tata brand. HR and senior management will boast a lot about company during interview process, but once you join you will realise they have no clue of what they are doing.
- Yes boss culture - No vision - Less salary compared to market - long hierarchy - No sync between tech and product. After CTO left, company is clueless. Changing tech stack every month.

It is a Tata company, so it continues to attract some good people too.
The culture is quite poor. While the new CEO seems to have made efforts to change things, the overall work culture still isn't great, as a lot of the previous leadership continue. Hope Ratan Tata's passing, makes people remember his spirit and values, and what it means to be a Tata company. Right now, I guess I'm not sure if we can say that we are.

Work Culture is great, but this is very specific to team you're in. Lots to learn being young startup across all tech stack. Overall good.
No proper procedures or approvals to get things done, lacks leadership. No proper role and levels distinction. Promotions are very slow and kinda biased. Appraisal hike is very less for SDEs.
