Work culture is good. Lot of benefits and also a fully fledged gym with a trainer. Flexible timings. When I was ill they let me work from home for a long period. Being a start up environment lots to learn on a daily basis.

It is a Tata company, so it continues to attract some good people too.
The culture is quite poor. While the new CEO seems to have made efforts to change things, the overall work culture still isn't great, as a lot of the previous leadership continue. Hope Ratan Tata's passing, makes people remember his spirit and values, and what it means to be a Tata company. Right now, I guess I'm not sure if we can say that we are.
