Work Culture is great, but this is very specific to team you're in. Lots to learn being young startup across all tech stack. Overall good.
No proper procedures or approvals to get things done, lacks leadership. No proper role and levels distinction. Promotions are very slow and kinda biased. Appraisal hike is very less for SDEs.

Very demotivating place to work. No one cares on how people are growing, what re the challenges they are facing. Even the HR department has no control on what's going on. In last 3 years, inha e seen teams working on atleast 4 to 10 weekend days in a month. And if you are not working, you are asked to move out ( sugar-coated - don't come to office from Monday). If HR wants to have some meetings, this will come to them from multiple people. The product has no vision , the releases are all screwed up , as there is no prioritisation, no planning.
