It's a good company but in the process of a lot of chaos. Direction changes at times but with the scale of this company and many stakeholders involved this is bound to happen. One thing noteworthy is that you should know your direction in this company. You might feel lost or at times there would be overwhelming work and the next moment no work at all. Dislike is too big a word its a sober place. Always remember if you are not a shark be a remora! - No information flow from top to bottom - You will know much more from ET than from your own company - Promises made my HR in interview are hollow and not to be trusted - No definite organisation structure. No parity at all. If you analyse you will astounded, this is even possible - On paper remote working policy but you have to come office daily

It is a Tata company, so it continues to attract some good people too.
The culture is quite poor. While the new CEO seems to have made efforts to change things, the overall work culture still isn't great, as a lot of the previous leadership continue. Hope Ratan Tata's passing, makes people remember his spirit and values, and what it means to be a Tata company. Right now, I guess I'm not sure if we can say that we are.

Work Culture is great, but this is very specific to team you're in. Lots to learn being young startup across all tech stack. Overall good.
No proper procedures or approvals to get things done, lacks leadership. No proper role and levels distinction. Promotions are very slow and kinda biased. Appraisal hike is very less for SDEs.
