Teammates and leadership team are very supportive. Always open to understand and adopt new tech/innovations. Teams are given open hand to adopt new technology. Best place to learn and work on latest technology stack.
Sometimes (around launch/build release) the work life balance will be off. They should come up with team building activities so that bonding is strong.
The job is quite interesting. Every day there will be challenges which you will find interesting to solve. Being a startup ecosystem I get chance to work on multiple systems/technologies which enhances my overall learning and skills.

-No Vision -No Mission rather than abusing employees -Architect should first work on 5-6 projects as new architects do not join. -They should do project management co ordination job. -Code Review -Product Design(Functional not technical )as Functional Owners are incapable or close to boss. -Favouritism -Buy small company and then realise the technical solutions they were looking for is not capable of having that capabilities as CTO and Chief Architects are managers not technologist. -Most of the managers and heads are only operational managers who require their teams to explain any smallest things. -Dream to be Amazon by looking at designs like bingo adds. -Product shop is run by marketing guys who has neither functional or technical knowledge as they were part of CEO/CTO s yes men . -People join as heads has no basic understanding of how product factory work. -Less planning and understanding.Hence spend months in various testing. -No ESOPS but expectation people will work round the clock for TATA brands only. -Anyway ESOPS will be applicable more in numbers if at all they give to incapable managers and heads who never work late hours and weekends.Only give home-works to other employees (who are ill or their family members are ill or hospitalised etc)and then goes on 15 days uninterrupted vacations without mails and phone as mentioned in one of the feedback:-) with families. -They sit in teams showing they are in call in one of the room and being not available attending family functions as well :-). -They just loop in mails and ask people to understand without any context. -Engineering Managers/Heads/Delivery Heads support business managers/Heads/Product Managers as most of them are operation managers scratch each others back and make sure taking advantage of junior folks. Please read this and avoid joining this company at all costs- 1. Product department is led by ex-TCS person with zero Product acumen. New CEO has made Product team as extended Tech team 2. Financial Services is the only potential star for this company and you need to be in the close circle of ex-Indusind bankers to do anything 3. Tech team is pathetic and you will be blamed for their mistakes 4. Business is of small size and there is no money to deliver any new feature including hygiene changes 5. Culture of the company is worst - No transparency, lot of micro management, leaders are clueless of future, central decision making 6. It is a Tata company, so it continues to attract some good people too.
The culture is quite poor. While the new CEO seems to have made efforts to change things, the overall work culture still isn't great, as a lot of the previous leadership continue. Hope Ratan Tata's passing, makes people remember his spirit and values, and what it means to be a Tata company. Right now, I guess I'm not sure if we can say that we are.

Work Culture is great, but this is very specific to team you're in. Lots to learn being young startup across all tech stack. Overall good.
No proper procedures or approvals to get things done, lacks leadership. No proper role and levels distinction. Promotions are very slow and kinda biased. Appraisal hike is very less for SDEs.
