I feel very secure at work. I am given ample opportunity to drive large projects and enough trust is placed in me to drive all my projects, and new initiatives. I am also provided with the support and tools to do my job well.

I think it is a new organisation that has undertaken a mammoth project that we are all going to be proud of some day. Right now since the company is new and is going through the stage of formation, there is from time to time some amount of extra responsibility and friction to drive things independently and at speed, so that we get it right. However, it appears that the CEO may be somewhat mislead by his direct reports. While he is a capable leader, the information and feedbacks he receives from seniors may not always reflect the sad state of affairs within the organization. This disconnect can create challenges in decision-making and strategey implementation. Work Culture is great, but this is very specific to team you're in. Lots to learn being young startup across all tech stack. Overall good.

Dislikes

No proper procedures or approvals to get things done, lacks leadership. No proper role and levels distinction. Promotions are very slow and kinda biased. Appraisal hike is very less for SDEs.
