Actually there is no good salary,training all these mentioned are no enough given to employees would advise management from india and South Africa to look on these issues very seriously no contract,also termination does not follow rules and regulations

My work was very professional ,though I was working with people who are unprofessional some of them doesn’t know even writing email or respond to queries ,Line manager doesn’t understand the process,though I was reporting to him but he never accept
