Everything is good except the management there is no one who will listen to your problem

They never listen to your personal problems and ask you to leave the organisation. I got promoted after serving 2 yrs with taskus but they ask me to leave. I never want to leave the company but they force me to leave

The job criteria and the salary matches the exact. You got the opportunity of promotion by filling the igps after the 6 months working period. It's literally very impressive work environment. People there is supportive also.

Dislikes

The work life balance if someone expressed there medical concern is high even with the proper documents and doctor consult. They are not listening to it they thought the person infront created the drama for the leaves. There are many things such as ops don't support any one even if you perform well then ops managers are against you because they have their own preferences. I must says TaskUS should avoid spoons there should not be any partially.

In the starting phase of company, everything was smooth and perfect but after sometime everything started getting worst.

From January 2024 to June 2024, Taskus has terminated 200+ employees on a immediate basis. I don't like the work culture of Taskus, no transprency, management has no etiquette, discipline and you didn't get any support from the management.

No work life balance. Even if you take a leave for family emergency your manager will call you several times. Unrealistic targets are given to the team. Extra work load and work pressure. There is no skill development. HR doesn’t reply you. Employees are treated aa labours they just come site and all they do is work cannot take breaks. The management and the higher or senior executives or staffs, Worst management and there is too much politics! The one who want to work or join this company! Please make sure that you are clever and smart like the upper management! No job security at all and company is just becoming like the typical BPO who is disreputable and where the employee voice is always been suppressed

The work pressure is unbearable and the management shows lack of concern towards their employees well being. Basic needs like bio break and meal breaks are ignored to cater clients need. Additionally, there is a blatant favouritism within teams,with certain employees with certain employees receiving undue privileges and advantages while others are left to fend themselves. This biased behaviour foster toxic atmosphere and demoralizes hardworking team members who are overlooked despite their contribution. Taskus is worst company I have ever seen. There is no job security kbhi bhi bol dete hai kl se mt aana job gyi aapki ye inki hr location pr hua hai and 100 100 logo ki job ek sth gyi hai and iska koi reason bhi nhi dete ye log. Iss company mein bs politics hai.

The work culture is awesome here and there is lots of fun activities on Friday which they celebrate as fun friday and there is lots of fun activities doing on floor also. There is lots of things you learn from your manager and all TL is also supportive there. There is high no of chances of appraisal here compare to other companies.
