I like taskus global work culture and policies but taskus india is terrible if you are looking for growth and higher compensation within organisation with internal movement. Its terrible disappointing and discouraging teammates to give their loyalty to company.

Dislikes

I hate internal politics and manipulations in taskus india by management as they don't let you grow with your skills untill and unless they don't want you to grow. No higher compensation neither good movement for higher compensation.

Only the furniture in the office is good

No work culture, Rude top management, HR does not have their own opinion or policy they only rely on ops leaders, extended shifts without OT, hire and fire culture, Quality function is not seperate it's driven by operations. Company has punch line of 'Front line first' however it should be changed to 'Front line last'. Overall if you want to have worst experience in your career then please join 'Taskus'....Read More

Unique ambience: The company has invested a chunk of money to create unnecessary decor to match the name of their Delivery Center. For example, mysterious decor to suit their Gurgaon Mystiqua office.

Dislikes

Hotchpotch Training room: For the first tome in my life I have experienced weird training process. They have selected a transgender trainer whose neither English nor Hindi can be understandable due to her (or his - I am confused) weird accent. The following people presence were unnecessary and couldn’t be justified: 1. Assistant trainer Tanu Sharma 2. Training Manager: Anis 3. Team Leader: Alex Arun AJ 4. Training VP: Tuesday from Philippines 5. A would be trainer Shreya was also a part of the batch 6. Team Lead from other batch Aman Food & Canteen: Instead of wasting money on decor, improve the quality of your foods served to the employees. Work life balance is so bad. Management ia too toxic. You have to be sycophant for you job security. If you are not their is a danger on your job. All promises done at the time of hiring are fake.

There are many things such as ops don't support any one even if you perform well then ops managers are against you because they have their own preferences. I must says TaskUS should avoid spoons there should not be any partially.

It was really great working with Taskus the best company I have ever worked in, it is perfect in every aspect food, work environment, the office interior never make us feel like a boring working environment it is soo awesome 👍

TaskUS organisation is well famed and well growing firm but wherein the facility manager “Surender Kumar” AKA “Tony” is the fraud and takes money from all the employees. As he was an ex-employee of teleperformance mohali site before. He got terminated because of his mischievous and the Fraudulent behaviour i.e., he scammed some where in lakhs of employees monetarily and now hiding in TaskUS. As per the protocol no one is supposed to ask the firm to make us talk but he himself is not willing to pay back the amount that he scammed. So, do justice in need....Read More

Selfish company ever, the worst thing is this if you want any type of loan for your self from the bank. This company is not listed in those bank. Let's leave this, One more intresting thing is that If you are working with Taskus and if you got accident or died in that accident Your Family will not get insurance amount or any claim from the company's end.
