Management working in TaskUs does not deserve to be in that position. Feels like you are working in a cheap domestic organisation. Team Leaders are very much oversmart and they think that they are the only one with all the skills and knowledge. You will never get a chance to speak anything and even if you get one then you will not be listened. They will force you to do overtime after you will have to make them remind that you have done OT and still you will not get overtime bonus on time but you will get it after raising tickets in a month or two. They will treat you like their slave. You will have many leaves but they will not let you use it and if they give you leaves then they will make you suffer about it. Worst organization to join as an agent. No growth apportunity. Recently they have demoted many TL's to agent level again. No job security. Never join TaskUs....Read More
