There is good support of other doctors and no much interference from others.

Dislikes

There is no consideration of increment as per protocol. No appreciation of hard work ,who deserve.

No increment even when you work hard, with more than 10 years on vigor companies, 4 years at zainab bottlers and seven years at ampola no any motivation, no appraisal and even no reason given.

Work policy: Some need approvals, some need advice on international patient who has no contract and need to have treatment under credit. Some insurance need assistance for their clients.
